If you notice either of these conditions, check out the spindles to see whether one or more of them are bent, broken or loose. If you find that they are, it's time to pull out your tools and replace the old spindle with a new one
- MAINTENANCE: Spindle is a precision preloaded ball bearing spindle that is permanently lubricated at the factory. No lubrication is required by the customer. The spindle is equipped with endcaps, flingers and nylos seals to reduce the possibility of dirt and liquid from entering the bearing area
- ARMATURE BALANCE: Balance is critical to operational accuracy/precision and longevity any spindle. All armatures are dynamically balanced on our state of the art balancing equipment to insure proper operation at all speeds
- TIPS: Professional installation is highly recommended (No Instruction Included). Please confirm that your old spindle is the same shape as this picture
